Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At MAX Pro Shop, many of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.

Returns

Unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Team merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for manufacturer defects or fulfillment errors.

Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your financial institution to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by MAX Pro Shop.
