Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, TopStitch and Ninja. Because of this, production begins after your order is placed.

Production Time: Typically 3–7 business days

During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, production may take a little longer.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your order has been produced:

International Orders

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, shipping address, and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different facilities.
As a result:

There is no additional shipping charge beyond what is shown at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
MAX Pro Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward.
